Q: I entered my name and address, Why am I not listed?
A: If a search
you perform does not return the results you expected, modify your search
criteria. (When searching on the name field, you may use the last name
or last name, first initial)
NOTE: Remember to use a space between the comma and the first
initial.
Q: You have my home address online, how can I receive the publication
at my home but have my office address listed?
A: In order to
have your locator listing address differ from your print publication delivery
address, you must purchase an enhanced listing. (For more information

Q: How do I get my full address and phone number listed listed?
A: In order

Q: How do I get an enhanced listing and what do they include?
A: An enhanced
locator listing includes; Practice Name, First name, Last name, Address,
Phone number, Fax number, mobile number, a Photograph, up to 400 characters
of text, Web Site link, e-mail link, College graduated, Techniques Practiced,
Other services offered and Memberships.

Q: I never gave permission to list my information online, how
does one go about getting the information removed?
A: If you wish
to have your information removed from the locator directory, please contact
reader services at readerservices@mpamedia.com.
Q: Why am I not listed on the "Chiro Directory" under "Additional
Listings?"
A: Additional
Listings are limited to 50 listings in an effort to protect our database.
Q: How can I add a photo to my Locator Listing?
A: You may email
a photo to myrep@mpamedia.com
and we will upload at no charge.
Q: How can I modify my listing?
A: Log on with
your user ID & password, modify, click on save changes follow the
instructions.
Q: Does the information I enter in the Locator have to match exactly
with what you have on file, for my listing to come up?
A: Yes, all
the information must match exactly. For example, if you enter "Huntington
Beach" as the city, but the address listed in our database only says
"Huntington Bch," the locator won't recognize your request as
a match.
In order to maximize the effectiveness of the search
feature, please narrow your search, whenever possible, particularly to
fairly uniform search criteria such as zip code, or last name and first
initial only.
