Part Three of RAND Study Completed

Part one of the RAND study was a project overview and literature review; part two rated appropriateness of spinal manipulation for certain low back conditions by a multidisciplinary panel.

Now part three: ratings of a chiropractic panel for appropriateness of spinal manipulation for the same low back conditions assessed in part two by the multidisciplinary panel.

Part four will be an analysis of the findings of the multidisciplinary and the chiropractic panels.

WHO to Publish First Text on Chiropractic

The World Health Organization, co-sponsors of the 1993 World Chiropractic Congress in London May 27-29, 1993, will publish "Chiropractic in Occupational Health."


If It's November, It Must be COCSA

The Congress of Chiropractic State Associations convene each year to allow state association officers and staff a forum to keep informed of the activities of what other associations are doing, and to help each other work towards better serving their doctors and profession in their respective states.

The site for COCSA 1992 is Palm Springs, Nov. 13-15.

This year's congress will feature a panel to provide state leaders with a review of the Mercy Guidelines.
