Core Challenge Roller®

New and Improved
OPTP's Core Challenge Roller® combines the essential properties of exercise balls and rollers into one dynamic inflatable, fitness roll for the entire body. The size, shape and physical properties optimize exercises that strengthen and tone the abs, obliques and core muscle groups, while improving stability, balance and flexibility.

For Core Stabilization and Prone Exercises
Core stabilization training using dynamic surfaces recruits proprioceptive, kinesthetic and balance systems. This integrated neuromuscular approach is the most functional way to exercise because it is how our bodies function in life! The newest dynamic surface, the inflatable Core Challenge Roller®, is used to combine core stabilization, total body strength and balance challenges. Prone exercises are excellent for overall body conditioning, making several muscles work together. The Core Challenge Roller® provides comfort, challenge and because the body is now elevated, allows more range-of-motion while doing these exercises.

"Training on dynamic surfaces challenges the body on multiple planes forcing the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to work together so that one gains neuromuscular strength." Michelle Schwahn, PT, ACE Master Trainer, AFAA.

Portable and Versatile
For those that have busy travel schedules but want to continue with their foam roller exercises, the Core Challenge Roller® is an excellent option. Use the roller to keep the thoracic area open, work core stabilizers or use for stretching. Kick your Pilates workout into high gear by adding the attractive blue Core Challenge Roller® to your routine.
