Dear Doctor of Chiropractic,

It has come to my attention that you have requested information concerning the Grand Celebration Kickoff festivities in Davenport on Saturday, September 17, 1994.

The Centennial Foundation has put together a great Kickoff Celebration that will benefit everyone that attends. There will be a report by a Centennial Foundation committee member to bring you up to date on Centennial happenings, as well as an informational workshop that will focus on your needs as you promote the Centennial during the coming year. A dinner and the Grand Celebration Kickoff program will cap off the day's festivities. Based on what I hear from our Kickoff Committee, I can assure you that you will not want to miss this program. This historic day begins at 1:00 p.m., with registration in the atrium of the River Center.

Included with this letter you will find a Centennial Kickoff registration form. Please take a few moments now to complete the form and return it to us. For your convenience I have provided you with a self-addressed envelope. As you will recall, the Centennial Foundation is funded entirely by donations, therefore a registration fee of $25 per person has been established to help defray the cost of this event.

The Centennial Celebration is an historic event, one that won't be repeated in your lifetime. Make sure you are in Davenport on September 17th to help us kick off the Centennial and learn how you can become an active participant in the Celebration. So that we may reserve your place in history, please respond by August 19, 1994.
