Many DCs want an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how the Mercy Guidelines will affect their individual practices. This demand has placed a burden on the state associations to organize programs that would provide their members with access to speakers that were involved with the guidelines development process.

In an effort to provide a comprehensive program for state associations, the Congress has developed a Mercy Guidelines panel presentation that will be available to all state associations, whether they're members of the Congress or not.
