Golf and Chiropractic Care

DVD Review by David Seaman, DC, MS, DABCN

Title: Golf and Chiropractic Care
Author: Gina Piazza
Publisher: GMP Fitness
Part #: V-508

David Seaman Image01 I was sitting in the dentist's office recently, preparing for a heavy drilling session. While in the waiting room, all I had to read were magazines about people, fashion and gossip. I would have liked something less superficial to read. Even an educational video would have been interesting; but I was left with "dresses worn at the Oscars" and other generally unimportant, trivial bits of information. Where was the beef, as the old Wendy's commercial said? Maybe even something about dental health would have been interesting.

Information is important and information is power. Gina Piazza has done a nice job in developing a concise reception-room presentation (available on DVD or video) that explains why golfers should be seeing a chiropractor. Some of the topics discussed include: a healthy body, golf injuries, golf fitness, on-course conditioning, and wellness tips.

The information contained in this DVD/video is educational and can help to promote your practice. If you currently stock all the standard magazines, start to separate yourself from the crowd by educating your patients while they wait to see you. It will save you time, money, and help build your practice. If you already use educational information in your waiting room, Gina's DVD/video will be a nice addition to your collection.

Dr. Seaman's Rating:

8 out of 10
