How Safe Are Hospitals?


The number of "adverse drug events" (ADEs) in U.S. hospitals is alarming. A serious drug related error occurs in one out of every 14 patients!

Additional Drug-Related Errors - 5.5%

Total Serious Drug Related Errors - 7.3%
