VIDEO REVIEW

Title: The Art of Self Healing Through Foot Reflexology

Category: Patient Education

Author and Publisher: Carl D. Miller, DC
North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
(803) 272-2060

Publication: Video Tape, 30 minutes

This well-produced video is intended for the lay person to learn, practice, and use foot reflexology. Techniques are demonstrated such as the creeping technique, how to position the patient, and objectives of the technique. Nine common ailments are explained from the foot reflexology point of view. For example, the specific areas of the foot affecting headaches and neck aches are demonstrated in detail. A running narrative by Dr. Miller is well paced, informative, and easy to understand.

The other techniques demonstrated include shoulder pain, digestive disorders, liver and gall bladder, back problems, kidney complications, hemorrhoids, arthritis, fainting, and dizziness.

This is the best video I have seen on the subject of foot reflexology. Dr. Miller does an excellent job on the narration and explanations. In addition, this is extremely well produced with professional graphics and titles. I recommend this highly.

Eggleston Rating: 8
