Article Format Requirements
for
Dynamic Chiropractic

Articles submitted to DC must be written exclusively for Dynamic Chiropractic and must not have been previously published or submitted to any other chiropractic publication.

Articles must not be commercial or promotional with respect to a product or service. Any such references will be edited out.

Since it has been determined that most of our readers balk at reading long articles, we recommend a length of two to four typed, double-spaced pages.

Articles should be accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae and a recent color photograph of professional quality. We ask that you submit your article on a 3.5 diskette saved as an ASCII text file, along with a printed copy. You may also attach your article to e-mail for us to download.

Your article will be reviewed by an in-house editorial panel. Sometimes an article may be sent to an outside reviewer for additional input. You will receive notification in writing whether or not DC is interested in publishing your article.

When an article is accepted for publication, an Assignment of Copyright must be signed and returned.

DC, like most publications, has a backlog of articles waiting to be published. As a result, a newly accepted article will not immediately be published, unless it is a news item or is otherwise time-critical. We generally cannot tell you specifically in which issue your article will appear, only that we intend to publish it as soon as possible.
